3. Property and Plantation Terms

• Each plot sale includes land ownership and sandalwood plantation services.

• Plantation maintenance is covered for 12–15 years under a service agreement.

• 85% of plantation income will be passed to the plot owner after deducting taxes; 15% is retained by the company for management and maintenance.

4. Resort Benefits

Plot owners enjoy limited free resort access as per the agreed schedule. Resort services are subject to terms of use and operational availability.

5. Legal Compliance

Sandalwood plantation is fully legal under government norms. Buyers must comply with necessary guidelines regarding the plantation and usage of sandalwood products.

6. Website Usage

• You agree not to misuse, duplicate, or distribute any website content without permission.
